Cleaning Instruction – Stoke-on-Trent

Tasks for each cleaning:

Once you enter

1. I would advise taking videos and photos for reference so that we know how the property is left and we can use it as evidence, if anything is damaged etc.
2. Then collect the laundry from 3 Bed rooms only if they are used, and check it properly.
3. Check the sofa bed as well.
4. Put it into the washing machine, it will save you time.

Main entrance:

1. ⁠Change of entrance door code 2 UP every time for the main door only.
2. ⁠⁠The main wheel bins are to be checked and sorted out correctly if the guest mixes the rubbish otherwise, the council vehicle will not collect the rubbish. And it will create an overflow of rubbish.

Kitchen

1. 1. The cooking hub, Ovan, freeze, coffee machines, sink, and dishes are to be cleaned and put back into their respective places.
   2. Freeze has got two glass water bottles clean them and leave them inside, if you see any leftover foods please get rid of them.
   3. Refill dishwashing liquid and hand gel if it’s required, Leave the 2 extra bin liners, and 1 * Kitchen roll and leave hover outside, once used in the kitchen area.
   4. ⁠Top up coffee, tea, and sugar if required.

Utility

1. 1. ⁠Washing machine  – take out the excessive water and dryer: please remember to clean it.

Living Room:

1. 1. General cleaning in the dining area, sofa, and coffee table, Make sure the sofa bed is used then check if the bedsheet and linens are used then replace them.

Garden:

1. 1. ⁠Arrange it if the garden furniture is used. Look for any flying rubbishes or ideally cigarette buds and throw them away into the right bins.
   2. ⁠Close the garden access door, and leave the keys there.

Upstairs rooms and hallways:

1. 1. ⁠Change with fresh lines and bed sheets.
   2. ⁠Ensure that iron, iron board, and hair  Dryer are present and have no damage.
   3. ⁠Set the boiler to automatic.

Toilet:

1. 1. ⁠Proper cleaning of toilet, Sink, and bathroom area.
   2. ⁠Please replace them with fresh bath and toilet mats. 
   3. ⁠Leave 3 toilet rolls, top up the handle if required.
   4. ⁠Leave 2 sets of small packets of shower gel, hair cream, soap, and shampoo.

1. Please inform us early if you require any new supplies or damages to the property:

1. That includes:

• 1. extra bedsheets, pillow case, toilet rolls, kitchen rolls washing liquids, bin liners, tea, coffee, sugar, coffee pots, salt, and any wear and tear.
  2. Close all the doors and turn off the lights.
